Our Services

Athletes, Parents, Teams and Teachers

Team Strength & Conditioning (12-15 athletes)
$225.00 every month for 2 months

Per Athlete. Year-round performance training for youth teams (ages 12–18). Each 12-week block includes 2–3 sessions per week based on team availability, focused on movement fundamentals, injury prevention, strength, and sport-specific speed and power development. Teams may enter any of the four seasonal cycles.

Semi-Private Strength & Conditioning (1–4 athletes)
$400.00 every month

Per Athlete. Small-group training (2–5 athletes) tailored to each athlete's goals and needs. Perfect for serious athletes seeking year-round development, position-specific training, technical refinement, or off-season performance coaching.

Adult Strength & Conditioning Bootcamps (unlimited access)
$250.00 every month

Per Client. Science-based group training for adults seeking structure, accountability, and results. Classes focus on total-body strength, mobility, and conditioning in an outdoor community setting.

One-on-One Strength Training (2× per week)
$600.00 every month

Per Client. Private coaching for athletes and adults pursuing advanced performance, rehabilitation support, or individualized programming. Includes full movement assessments and personalized progression tracking.

How It Works

Your Booking Process

Step 1: Select an Appointment

Choose your service below to see available times. You'll receive a confirmation with everything you need.

Step 2: Intake Form

You'll receive an email/text confirmation with location details and reminders. A short intake form will be included so we can personalize your first session. Arrive 5-10 minutes early if it's your first visit.

Step 3: What to Bring?

Bring athletic shoes, comfortable training clothes (not jeans), water bottle, and any relevant injury history or PT notes if you have them.

Step 4: Rescheduling

Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late Arrivals: If there are clients after you, your session will end at the scheduled time. Safety First: If something hurts, we modify immediately.
