15 years in the trenches. Not behind a desk watching others coach—actually on the floor, programming sessions, running teams, developing athletes from age 8 to adult.
From Director of Personal Training at the largest privately owned gym in America—managing 8-12 trainers and over $500K in annual revenue—to training elite youth athletes at a Canton Sports Facility alongside Detroit City FC and Junior Olympic competitors.
What separates me from most trainers? A Triple Minor in Sports Coaching, Sports Psychology and Sports Management, over 10 Specialty Certifications, and years in medically adjacent fields. I've worked alongside physical therapists while in the fitness industry, seen what happens when training goes wrong, and built my entire methodology around preventing that. Every exercise selection, every progression, every modification—informed by rehabilitation principles.
Currently hold my Bachelor's in Exercise & Sports Science from Wayne State University, pursuing my Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and holding NSCA-CSCS certification among many others. The learning never stops.
