Per Client. Science-based group training for adults seeking structure, accountability, and results. Classes focus on total-body strength, mobility, and conditioning in an outdoor community setting.

Per Client. Science-based group training for adults seeking structure, accountability, and results. Classes focus on total-body strength, mobility, and conditioning in an outdoor community setting.

Program Includes:

  • 3–4 classes offered per week

  • 45-minute sessions

  • Early morning and evening options

  • Functional movement patterns with modifications for all fitness levels

  • Indoor/Outdoor training at The HAWK Recreation Center

Most clients attend 2–3 sessions per week. We recommend no more than 4 sessions per week to allow for proper recovery.

Billing $250/month. Ongoing monthly subscription. Cancel anytime.

Note: Initial Phase 0 training (January–March 2026) will be conducted with weather-appropriate modifications. Full outdoor programming begins with Phase 1 in late spring 2026.
