Program Includes:

  • 8 sessions per month (2x weekly)

  • 60-minute sessions

  • Comprehensive initial assessment (movement screening, performance testing, goal setting)

  • Fully individualized programming

  • Certified strength coach supervision

  • Indoor/outdoor hybrid training at The HAWK Recreation Center

Billing $600/month. Ongoing monthly subscription. Cancel anytime.

Note: Initial Phase 0 training (January–March 2026) will be conducted primarily indoors within The HAWK's gymnasium or multipurpose space. Full outdoor programming begins with Phase 1 in late spring 2026.
