How It Works
Your Booking Process
Step 1: Select an Appointment
Choose your service below to see available times. You'll receive a confirmation with everything you need.
Step 2: Intake Form
You'll receive an email/text confirmation with location details and reminders. A short intake form will be included so we can personalize your first session. Arrive 5-10 minutes early if it's your first visit.
Step 3: What to Bring?
Bring athletic shoes, comfortable training clothes (not jeans), water bottle, and any relevant injury history or PT notes if you have them.
Step 4: Rescheduling
Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late Arrivals: If there are clients after you, your session will end at the scheduled time. Safety First: If something hurts, we modify immediately.
