$225.00 every month for 2 months

Per Athlete. Year-round performance training for youth teams (ages 12–18). Each 12-week block includes 2–3 sessions per week based on team availability, focused on movement fundamentals, injury prevention, strength, and sport-specific speed and power development. Teams may enter any of the four seasonal cycles.

Our Team Strength & Conditioning Program is a 12-week performance training block designed for youth athletes (ages 12–18). Each cycle develops strength, speed, and resilience using science-based training systems built around movement quality, progressive overload, and injury prevention.

Billing $450 per athlete, billed as two payments of $225 (first payment at registration, second payment one month later). We accept credit cards and ACH transfers.

Program Cycles:

  • Winter Development (Jan–Mar) — Focus on fundamentals, movement patterns, and coordination

  • Spring Competition Prep (Apr–Jun) — Maximize sport-specific strength and power

  • Summer Speed & Power (Jul–Sep) — Acceleration, agility, and explosive performance

  • Fall Strength Foundation (Oct–Dec) — Reload and rebuild for year-round durability

Program Includes:

  • 2–3 weekly strength & conditioning sessions based on team schedule

  • Full movement assessments and team progress tracking

  • Certified strength coach supervision at every session

  • Custom programming tailored to sport and season

  • Indoor/outdoor hybrid training at The HAWK Recreation Center

Note: Initial Phase 0 training (January–March 2026) will be conducted primarily indoors within The HAWK's gymnasium or multipurpose space, with short outdoor speed/agility components as weather permits. Full outdoor programming begins with Phase 1 in late spring 2026.
